As Mia Mingus says, “Access is LOVE.” StateraCon is an open and inclusive gathering. All conference spaces are ADA accessible. Statera will provide ASL translations for touchstone addresses and plenaries. Gender neutral bathrooms are available and well-signed. Please contact the Statera Team at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have accessibility needs (ie. large print materials, assistive technology, mobility needs, etc.) We are here for you.
And a note about pronouns: We feel that words matter. Statera will provide a variety of pronoun stickers for use on your conference name badge. Stickers will be available at the registration table every morning of conference so that you may choose how to identify.
