Kate is joined by Kristen Cerelli for a session called "Check-In for Comprehensive Connection & Creativity"
About this session: The Brennan Check-In is a restorative session that fuses Linklater, yoga, Thai Bodywork, breath work, fascial release, and artistic exercises to more readily connect the artist with herself and her work.
