The goal of the Statera conference is to take action to bring women into full and equal participation in the American theatre. We will gather to initiate and support action by individuals, organizations and institutions whose stated goal is to work towards gender balance in the arts.

We're excited to announce that Statera Foundation National Conference - StateraConIII has a free, official app which you can download and be able to view the agenda, plan your schedule, find other attendees to share a cab or grab a meal, receive last minute room changes from conference organizers, and much much more!

Statera is proud to present two performances included as part of your registration fee. This year, Statera Foundation and Renaissance Theaterworks present NEAT by Charlayne Woodard, and THE RED THREAD by Christine Jugueta.
Conference Swag Bag
Every conference participant will be met at check-in with a conference name badge and a reusable swag bag filled with lovely gifts and pertinent conference tools.
We will have two styles of tees available for purchase at StateraCon. The one of the left comes in sizes S-4X. You can see from the photo that it has a stylish slit in the back. The one on the right is a more traditional tee and comes in sizes S-2X. Tees are $25.

Location | University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee
StateraConIII will be hosted by the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and take place on campus at the Peck School of the Arts. The Milwaukee area is served by the General Mitchell International Airport which lies 25 minutes south of our conference venue on the campus of University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
All conference spaces are ADA accessible. Statera has arranged for ASL interpretation for those that need it. Please contact the Statera Team at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have accessibility needs (ie. large print materials, assistive technology, etc.)
Covered, paid parking is available adjacent to the conference site at a rate of $12 per day.

Conference partners | Renaissance Theaterworks
Renaissance Theaterworks' (RTW's) mission is to create moving theater that connects with our shared sense of being human. They are dedicated to promoting the work of women onstage and off.
Located in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward, RTW is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that produces intimate and moving theatre in The Studio Theatre at the Broadway Theatre Center.
RTW takes pride in their accomplishments towards improving gender parity for Milwaukee theater. Visit their Gender Parity in the Arts page to learn the startling reality of inequality, what Renaissance has accomplished as agents of change, as well as steps you can take to make an impact.
Your registration fee does not include transportation, theatre tickets, lodging or meals (unless otherwise noted on the itinerary).
