About Nancy (SHE/Her/Hers)

Nancy Slitz has most recently served as Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Utah Shakespeare Festival, a Tony Award winning regional theatre. She currently holds an advisory position to this Board. Her professional life began as a teacher, followed by being a Marketing Representative in the Office Products Division for IBM. In 1978 she was hired by Hammer Art Galleries in New York to manage their Graphics Department and then moved into selling 19th and 20th Century American and European original art. Several years later she joined a leading executive search company where she placed lawyers in many of the prestigious Manhattan law firms. She moved with her family to colorado in 1985 where she began her own executive search firm, Slitz Search, specializing in placing senior level technical engineering and sales talent in companies spearheading Object Technology. After moving to Las Vegas she worked as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Premier. Nancy is combining her years of business experience and has been certified as a CPC: Professional Corporate/Small Business Coach through iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching). As a business coach, Nancy specializes in working with arts organizations.  She is a member and Director of Administration for the Colorado chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF-CO). She is certified as a Master Practitioner of the ELI (Energy Leadership Index) and is a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
