StateraArts is here to promote your event via the 2020 SWAN Day Calendar. This is a list service. Statera provides the SWAN Day platform to empower organizers to lead their own events. The organization and execution of SWAN events is the responsibility of the organizer and independent of StateraArts or WomenArts. Please fill out the form completely. Once you've submitted your event, our team will review it. Events that are consonant with the mission and intent of SWAN Day will be posted to the SWAN Day Calendar. I am knowingly and voluntarily participating in SWAN Day. I hereby waive any and all rights, claims, or causes of action of any kind arising out of my participation in SWAN Day. And I do hereby release and forever discharge StateraArts and their affiliates for any physical or psychological injury, including but not limited to illness, damages, economic or emotional loss, that I may suffer as a direct result of my participation in SWAN Day, including traveling to and from an event related to this activity. I assume all related risk, both known and unknown to me. I agree and indemnify and hold harmless StateraArts against any and all claims, suits, or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf. I acknowledge that StateraArts and their directors, officers, volunteers, and representatives are not responsible for errors, omissions, acts or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific event or activity related to SWAN Day. I acknowledge that I have carefully read this "Waiver and Release" and fully understand that it is a release of liability. I also expressly agree to release and discharge StateraArts from any claims or causes of action and I agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that I otherwise have to bring legal action against StateraArts for personal injury or property damage. I affirm that I am of the age of 18 years or older and that I am freely agreeing to this waiver and release.
